We are at a “tipping point”
Are you familiar with a “tipping point,” that point at which the “momentum for change becomes unstoppable”? Aggrieved investors in Rocky Point are very close to a major tipping point in achieving their mission to clean up Rocky Point so that future real estate buyers won’t lose money when investing in Rocky Point real estate. After many years, the effort of these folks appears to be finally coming to fruition.
Apparently these efforts have had a major impact on the current and future growth of Rocky Point. As a result, they now have the attention of the print and broadcast media in the US and Mexico. The Rocky Point real estate community and Mexican and American authorities finally recognize their plight and are making efforts to repair the damage of many years of abuse due to the shoddy practices of crooked developers, real estate agents and lawyers.
It should be repeated again and again that the intent of the website Rockypointexposed.com and this blog are not to hurt the town of Rocky Point and its great people, but to make it a place folks can safely enjoy. Many thanks are due to those people who constructively participate in this blog, and who have written to the Arizona Real Estate Commission, and are continuing their efforts. We still have a long way to go and the fight continues!
